April 18, 2014 by Maryann Spikes

I asked members of the CAA and subgroups: “If you lead a youth group that successfully incorporates apologetics, I need to know as soon as possible. I want to brag about your success to other youth pastors who seek info. on this. I need to know your style, as well.” This is what some of them answered—and this is just a small sampling of those who could have answered…I didn’t … [Read more...]

April 7, 2014 by CAA Guests and Features

::Ask the Alliance #10::: Does God permit torture? Question submitted by Steve: Have any apologists spoken about the problem of animal pain (nature being "red in tooth a claw")? It is hard to understand the violence of the natural world (which includes us) in relation to the character of God. Is the violence of nature strictly a result of the fall? How do the theistic … [Read more...]

January 3, 2014 by CAA Guests and Features

:::Ask the Alliance Question #7::: Question submitted by Jacob: "I just read a post about wars and religion, and I agree that religion is often blamed for wars unjustly or misused by those in power to start conflicts. My question is, as a Christian, how do we explain the many wars in the Old Testament where God decimated many peoples and cities? Clearly, those were wars of … [Read more...]

Ask the Alliance: Is Jesus a copycat myth?

December 7, 2013 by CAA Guests and Features

:::Ask the Alliance Question #6::: Question submitted by Richard: I am a senior at Liberty University. I am definitely a firm believer in the fact that Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave. I know that he is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have a question. I watched this video on youtube called Real Proof that Jesus was NOT real. I don't believe it, but I would like … [Read more...]

Ask the Alliance: Why aren’t there more Old Testament apologetics?

September 6, 2013 by CAA Guests and Features

:::Ask the Alliance Question #3::: Question submitted by Jimmy: Maybe I didn't do my research right, but it seems like there are many books about apologetics about Jesus and the Gospels and the New Testament, but it seems like there aren't any apologetics about the Old Testament. I listen to lectures about old testament on the web from well-known schools and most scholars seem … [Read more...]

Christian Apologetics Alliance is a Top 100 Christian Blog

Unity Statement

In essentials unity, in nonessentials liberty, in all things charity. The Christian Apologetics Alliance (CAA) is united in our Statement of Faith. The CAA does not, as an organization, have positions on many of the doctrinal or theological debates that take place within the church. Our primary concern is to promote the gracious, rational defense of the central claims of Christianity and the critique of opposing systems of thought. The CAA joyfully welcomes Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, and diverse Protestant believers, and we are committed to treating all these traditions with respect in our community.
