November 1, 2013 by CAA Guests and Features

:::Ask the Alliance Question #5::: Question submitted by Robyn: "I'm struggling with making a commitment to learning why any religion is true. One of the main things I think I'm struggling with is that finding a religion to be true would require me to make some huge changes. Do you have any advice on how to start and where to start?" Note: We attempted to contact Robyn using … [Read more...]

Certainly Agnostic

October 30, 2013 by CAA Guests and Features

By James W. Miller When I offer an apologetics seminar that I call “Know Why You Believe,” I find that the skeptical attendees have a preferred label for themselves.  “So I’m an agnostic,” says the first person to raise his hand, and that is the preface to his question.  A few others nod their heads eagerly. I’m not sure if I believe him or not.  But I’ve finally come up with … [Read more...]

September 6, 2013 by CAA Guests and Features

:::Ask the Alliance Question #3::: Question submitted by Jimmy: Maybe I didn't do my research right, but it seems like there are many books about apologetics about Jesus and the Gospels and the New Testament, but it seems like there aren't any apologetics about the Old Testament. I listen to lectures about old testament on the web from well-known schools and most scholars seem … [Read more...]

Do we need to teach apologetics in church?

February 1, 2013 by CAA Guests and Features

By Brad Cooper.  "Do we need to teach apologetics in the church?"  Asking this question is like asking: *Do we need to obey the commands of Scripture? *Are we obligated to follow the example of Christ? *Should we follow the example of the apostles and other New Testament leaders? *Do we need the Bible? If we are Christians, the obvious answer to all of these is an emphatic … [Read more...]

Christian Apologetics Alliance is a Top 100 Christian Blog

Unity Statement

In essentials unity, in nonessentials liberty, in all things charity. The Christian Apologetics Alliance (CAA) is united in our Statement of Faith. The CAA does not, as an organization, have positions on many of the doctrinal or theological debates that take place within the church. Our primary concern is to promote the gracious, rational defense of the central claims of Christianity and the critique of opposing systems of thought. The CAA joyfully welcomes Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, and diverse Protestant believers, and we are committed to treating all these traditions with respect in our community.
