You Can't Prove Breakfast

September 21, 2013 by Eric Douglas

Christianity is unlike any other religion in that is rises or falls based upon a historical claim. While other religions use subjective means that cannot be evidenced one way or another (e.g. Mormonism says you know it is correct because your heart will tell you), Christianity is based upon something objective.  Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 15:12-19, Now if Christ is preached, … [Read more...]

Why Christianity Is True

April 1, 2013 by Eric Douglas

There are only a handful of religions rooted in historical events rather than in philosophy. When something is historical, we can examine it by looking at events, documents and other historical records. Why Doesn't God Do Something About Evil?

March 5, 2013 by Eric Douglas

We watch the news and are appalled at the unspeakable evils committed.  We do not understand why such things happen.  We do not have the answers, so we are often left asking questions. Where is God? Why didn’t He stop this? Why doesn’t He do something about evil? These are questions we should be prepared to answer.  We should rightfully expect them when tragedy strikes.  We … [Read more...]

Christian Apologetics Alliance is a Top 100 Christian Blog

Unity Statement

In essentials unity, in nonessentials liberty, in all things charity. The Christian Apologetics Alliance (CAA) is united in our Statement of Faith. The CAA does not, as an organization, have positions on many of the doctrinal or theological debates that take place within the church. Our primary concern is to promote the gracious, rational defense of the central claims of Christianity and the critique of opposing systems of thought. The CAA joyfully welcomes Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, and diverse Protestant believers, and we are committed to treating all these traditions with respect in our community.
